Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
  • Exhibit positive energy
  • Communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
  • Maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Be physically capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required

  • At least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically capable of constant standing and walking with occasional stooping and lifting

Job Duties

  • Create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately
  • Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar
  • Accept and process guest payment
  • Report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with IRS standards of reporting income
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops
  • Wash and sterilize glassware
  • Set up and breakdown all bar items
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
