Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
  • Have positive energy and willingness to work as a team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
  • Flexible schedule to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

  • Positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff
  • Effective communication skills with managers, employees, and guests
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Prior restaurant or relevant experience of at least one year
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately
  • Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar
  • Accept and process guest payment
  • Report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with IRS standards of reporting income
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops
  • Wash and sterilize glassware
  • Set up and breakdown all bar items
  • Assist restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
