Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow policies, procedures and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- Answer questions and call guests by name
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly
- Operate a cash register and follow customer service and cash handling policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission while following operational policies including safety and security
