Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic understanding of coffee and tea preferred
- ability to handle physical activities such as lifting and reaching
- commitment to the companys core values friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, honesty

Job Duties
- Be a warm host- guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
- create coffee moments- share your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with guests
- be a coffee & tea expert- bring the passion, undergo training, and share it with guests
- generate new guests- engage with visitors and create loyal customers in the community
- care about safety- prioritize a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- contribute to store success- maintain tidiness, organize stock, innovate new methods, take initiative with tasks and ideas
