Job Requirements
- must be 16 years or older
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willing to work flexible shifts including weekends
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- enthusiasm for learning about coffee and beverage preparation
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
- prepare specialty coffee drinks according to company standards
- operate point-of-sale systems efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast service
- handle cash and tips responsibly
- participate in training and team meetings
