Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local gaming regulations
ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 25 - 30 pounds
comfortable walking and standing throughout the shift
experience with coffee preparation
knowledge of food handling
ability to use various coffee preparation equipment
ability to handle different ingredients
effective communication skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
prior experience in coffee, tea, or smoothie preparation encouraged
effective communication skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
basic math skills for money handling
ability to precisely measure liquids and powders
fluency in a second language is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee, beer, and smoothies consistently fresh and of high quality
maintain and prepare stadium style quick service food items
stock condiments and utensils
maintain clean and orderly serving and dining areas
operate cash registers and credit card equipment proficiently
provide exemplary customer service to colleagues and customers
adapt to additional tasks and feedback as assigned
