Job Duties
- Be a warm host by guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert by undergoing training and sharing passion with guests
- Generate new guests and engage with first-time visitors to the store
- Care about safety ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store success by maintaining tidiness, organizing stock, innovating processes, and taking initiative with tasks and ideas
