Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Flexible schedule including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate coffee-making equipment proficiently
- Handle cash and transactions accurately
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed
- Support team members and foster a positive work environment
