Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- prepare grab-and-go food items
- process transactions including cash, credit card, and room charges in POS system
- complete all opening and closing duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee area
- complete cashier paperwork at shift end
- provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries
