Job Requirements

No previous experience required
Ability to perform essential job functions effectively
Availability to work full-time or part-time including some weekends
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Strong interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
Enters orders accurately into POS device and accepts payments
Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and food safety standards
Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
Greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before shifts end
