Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or customer service environment preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and respect coworkers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability to work part-time or full-time shifts
- Willingness to embrace company values and culture
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the public
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, reach with hands and arms, use hands, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
