Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years
Ability to stand for long periods
Capable of working flexible or set schedules including early morning shifts
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
Strong memorization skills for recipes and procedures

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
Provide fast, quality customer service
Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation
Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils
Perform shift opening and closing duties
Receive and distribute deliveries
Research and resolve quality and service complaints or issues
