Job Requirements

ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
must be at least 18 years old
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable transportation
willingness to learn and take on new tasks
good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
team-oriented mindset
basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages
provide fast and friendly customer service
maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
assist with inventory management and stock supplies
ensure compliance with health and safety standards
support team members and leadership as needed
