Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 17 years of age
- Ability to stoop, reach and lift equipment and supplies
- Ability to remain on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work under duress while maintaining a calm disposition
- Completion of mandatory education and annual competencies
- Adherence to health and safety rules
- Compliance with organizational policies
- Availability to work overtime and additional shifts when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in food service preferred
- Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties
- Preparing hot and cold beverages to serve
- Serving packaged and prepared foods
- Compiling routine food orders
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Cleaning and sanitation
- Operation of computerized POS for transactions
- Reacting politely and quickly to requests, queries, issues, and grievances
