Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- at least 18 years old
- existing or willing to obtain food handler’s certification within 30 days
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to use hands for precision tasks
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- able to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- able to provide exceptional customer service
- willingness to complete training programs
Job Qualifications
- Food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- basic math skills

- passion for coffee and culinary arts
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and teammates
- make and serve beverages with various brewing methods
- prepare and serve food items
- maintain knowledge of current offerings and preparation techniques
- taste beverages regularly to ensure quality
- create community through coffee and inspire teammates
- support team with cleaning and organizational tasks
- follow health, food safety, and safety guidelines
- promote a safe and respectful working environment
- complete Blue Bottle Academy training and validation
