Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge, our coffee, and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example and advocate for your team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert by bringing passion and sharing the provided training with guests
- Generate new guests and enhance store presence by connecting with the local community
- Ensure safety by prioritizing a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store operations by helping clean, organize stock, and innovate new ways to improve
- Build the store's presence as the face of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
