Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic math proficiency
- Valid State Food Handler’s License
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista experience in a similar environment strongly preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate
- Basic math skills for accurate money handling
- Possession of necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Greet, thank and deliver excellent guest service
- Describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests
- Handle money including making change and processing credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment
- Follow all opening and closing procedures
