Job Requirements

must be 18 years or older
availability to work between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
reliable transportation to work
ability to stand and move for extended periods
friendly and positive attitude
ability to work well in a team
willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
basic math skills for handling cash transactions
willingness to learn and adapt
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude
prepare and serve coffee and other beverages quickly and accurately
maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
handle cash tips and end-of-shift transactions responsibly
motivate and support team members to maintain a positive work environment
provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
participate in paid training sessions to improve skills
