Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years of age
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years of age
- great communication skills, personable and friendly with customers
- working knowledge of coffee or eagerness to learn
- must possess basic math skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Job Duties
- Creates a friendly and welcoming environment for Center guests
- provides excellent customer service in a professional manner
- prepares and serves coffee drinks consistent with the Center's standards
- maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and nametag
- maintains cleanliness in all areas of workspace
- reports all equipment problems and maintenance issues to Coffee Shop Manager
- assists with restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies in the Coffee Shop and coffee-related areas
