Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Manage transactions accurately including handling cash and mobile app payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support team members and leadership in day-to-day operations
- Assist in training new staff as needed
