Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Existing Food Handler's Certification or obtain within 30 days
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to following health, safety, and food handling guidelines

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors
  • Make and serve a variety of coffee and beverages using different brewing methods
  • Prepare and serve delicious food items
  • Stay knowledgeable and continuously learn about current beverage and food offerings and techniques
  • Regularly taste coffee and food to ensure quality and uphold standards
  • Create community by sharing knowledge and joy of coffee with guests and teammates
  • Support café operations through cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas
  • Promote and participate in company-wide sustainability goals
  • Uphold all health, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines
  • Foster a safe and respectful work environment
  • Complete company training and validation post-hire
