- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, AM and PM shifts
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- previous barista experience preferred
- physical ability to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods
- able to lift at least 30 lbs
- TIPS certification
- Food Handler certification

Job Duties
- Serving guests in Centennial Grounds Coffee and Stance Coffee
- answering guest questions about menu items
- brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages
- up-selling and suggestive selling of items
- accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank
