Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible and varied shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- commitment to workplace safety and health standards

Job Duties
- create coffee moments by sharing knowledge and sustainability practices with guests
- lead by example and advocate for the team through coaching and training
- serve as a coffee and tea expert and share passion with guests
- generate new guests and promote the store presence
- ensure safety and health for employees and guests as a top priority
- assist in cleaning, organizing stock, and innovating store processes
- build local community connections as the face of the brand
