Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to engage positively with guests
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capacity to learn product knowledge and apply it effectively

Job Duties

  • Be a warm host-guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
  • Create coffee moments-share your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with guests
  • Be a coffee & tea expert-share passion and knowledge after training
  • Generate new guests-build loyalty in the local community
  • Care about safety-maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
  • Contribute to store tidiness-organize stock, innovate and take initiative
  • Take pride in overall success by participating actively in store operations
