Job Requirements

No previous work experience required but preferred
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to work varied workdays and specific shifts as scheduled
Willingness to learn and follow safety and hygiene protocols
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable with reliability
Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
Successful completion of Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required

Job Duties

Greet customers and take beverage orders including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages
Operate cash registers and process cash, credit card, and electronic payments
Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation spaces
Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
