Job Requirements
- Must have barista experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment including espresso machines
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Ability to walk bend and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High school diploma

Job Duties
- Welcoming customers informing them about specials or new items answering questions and accepting orders paying close attention to details such as preferences of coffee blend dairy and sugar ratios
- Preparing foods such as sandwiches or baked goods and grinding and blending coffee beans brewing coffee and tea and serving items to customers
- Prepare specialty beverages following recipes
- Learning about brewing methods beverage blends food preparation and presentation techniques to improve food quality
- Selling coffee and tea blends and highlighting the differences between items and educating customers about brewing methods
- Receive and process payments cash and credit cards
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
