Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to learn and operate coffee brewing and espresso machines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and various sweet offerings according to established service standards
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Ensure consistent product availability by maintaining adequate inventory and communicating shortages
- Efficiently serve customers with product knowledge
- Resolve quality and service complaints and issues
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
