Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and competence-promoting the culture, values and mission of the property
- Deliver legendary customer service by having a customer-comes-first attitude-connecting with the customer, discovering the customer's needs, and responding to those needs
- Contribute to a positive environment by recognizing changes in coworkers' morale and performance and communicating those changes to the supervisor or manager
- Assist with the training of new team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that coworkers can locate resources and products
- Maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume or during unusual events to continue operational standards and to set a positive example for the store's team
- Follow all cash management policies
- Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Continually reviews the store's environment to identify problems, concerns and opportunities
