Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
Job Duties
- Effectively operates hotel's inlet and KC's Korner
- Greet and welcome guests
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and establish adequate par for daily setup
- Pull all food needed for daily production and utilize leftovers per SOP and supervisor's direction
- Ensure all food is ready before opening
- Remain in work area and plan next day's work when current tasks are completed
- Prep food for next day, clean work and dining areas, restock amenities, mop floors, wipe tables whenever time permits
- Maintain housekeeping in prep area, walk-in freezers, walk-in boxes, and reach-in refrigerators
- Properly identify, cover and date all refrigerated foods
- Create menu selections per brand specifications and guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Solve guest issues promptly with first-class service
- Maintain food quality and service as per company recipes and procedures
- Promote effective communication between department, culinary team, and food and beverage team
- Keep executive chef informed through supervisor about prep kitchen matters
- Regularly report needed maintenance projects
- Keep production charts properly filled out as per SOP
- Perform any other duties to support the hotel's vision, mission, and values
