Job Requirements

minimum high school education
customer service experience preferred
ability to lift up to 25 pounds
flexible availability including weekends and holidays
strong work ethic and positive attitude
ability to stand for long periods
legal authorization to work

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or foodservice preferred
basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
provide friendly and efficient customer service
operate coffee-making equipment safely
manage inventory and restock supplies
support team members and communicate effectively
