Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
ability to work flexible hours including overtime
reliable and punctual
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
willingness to complete Tips Server Training within 30 days of employment
professional appearance and demeanor
ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods
adherence to safety and cleanliness guidelines

1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards
ensure that bar and lounge are tidy at all times
proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the café, lounge and patio
order all coffee and bar supplies, stock work and inventory
perform a variety of tasks including clearing tables of mugs, glasses or dishes, washing glassware, cleaning and organizing coffee/condiment station and clearing out trash
be reliable and flexible, with availability for overtime and last-minute shifts for special events and meetings
