Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to operate cash register and handle payments accurately
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable with a commitment to safety and a healthy working environment
No previous work experience required but preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
