Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate required
- TABC certification required
- Minimum one year experience as a cashier
- Must speak, read, and understand English fluently and clearly
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move approximately 15 pounds
- Ability to perform safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and fine motor skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to read, write, and understand diagrams
- Ability to sustain direct contact with the public
- Must establish high customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate required
- TABC certification required
- Minimum one year experience as a cashier
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Skilled in using point-of-sale equipment
- Ability to train new employees
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and blended coffees
- Take orders and serve baked goods and sandwiches
- Describe menu items and suggest products to guests
- Order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products
- Provide room service to hotel guests
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store
- Upsell and suggest menu items to increase sales
