- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage roles preferred but not required
- Strong social skills and the ability to engage warmly with customers
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders and answering questions
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while delivering exceptional service
- Stay calm during high volume periods to maintain smooth store operations and set a positive example for the team
- Operate a cash register and handle payments according to HMSHost policies and procedures
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to uphold the culture, values, and mission of HMSHost while following operational policies including safety and security
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a cooperative and productive work environment
