Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is beneficial

Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Operate coffee-making equipment and cash register
Assist in stocking and inventory management
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
