Job Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a coffee shop attendant
- Food handlers certification
- Ability to stand and walk in confined spaces for entire shift
- Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate food and beverage equipment
- Willingness to comply with hotel-specific policies and incentive programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year coffee shop attendant experience in a hotel preferred
- Minimum of 1 year coffee shop attendant experience in a similar role and size of operation required
- Food handlers certification required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Offer guests unparalleled service with warmth and thoughtfulness
- Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently
- Maintain daily organization of the coffee shop, ensuring product accessibility
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
- Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas
- Comply with hotel-specific policies and contribute to team incentive programs
