Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable and responsible work attitude
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required
