Job Requirements

  • Some high school or equivalent education
  • ability to read and perform math
  • ability to read, speak and understand English
  • ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
  • ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work in any restaurant area as needed
  • ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system or cash register
  • ability to bend, stand, walk and use hands repetitively throughout the workday
  • ability to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • ability to handle continuous exposure to food and cleaning chemicals
  • ability to manage exposure to extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and prepare their orders
  • use Point of Sale system or cash register to record orders
  • compute bill amounts and collect payments
  • prepare food neatly, accurately and timely
  • explain menu items to customers cheerfully and helpfully
  • check product stock and restock during shifts
  • adhere to quality standards and portion controls
  • follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitization protocols
  • perform general housekeeping and cleaning
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming
  • perform light paperwork duties as assigned
