Job Requirements

Minimum high school education
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good interpersonal skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods

Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Operate coffee making equipment and register systems
Manage inventory and supplies
Comply with health and safety regulations
Support team members and participate in training sessions
