Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Must be able to work under pressure during peak hours
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Willingness to follow HSEQ policies and procedures
- Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and make them feel happy they came
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- Serve ready-to-eat foods including pastries, muffins, biscotti, bagels, sandwiches, and salads
- Arrive on time to all shifts with proper uniform and professional appearance
- Clean and sanitize work and service areas
- Operate cash register and be familiar with self-service kiosks
- Maintain product inventory and properly stock and rotate products
- Smile, greet, and serve customers with a caring and happy attitude
- Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control
- Display merchandise attractively
- Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers
- Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
- Collaborate with Chef, Front of the House Manager, and Catering Manager
- Build respectful relationships with teammates, guests, and vendors
- Other duties as assigned
