Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years barista experience
Experienced front of house professional
Passion for hospitality
Knowledge of third wave coffee
Ability to deliver high quality customer service
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and team orientation
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle guest concerns professionally

Job Duties

Create and serve full beverage menu while upholding maman beverage standards
Work with top of the industry equipment and locally roasted coffee
Manage time effectively and multitask without compromising quality
Efficiently work on the barista station delivering artistic espresso beverages
Communicate specials of the season and encourage guests to try best selling items
Foster relationships with regulars through warm hospitality and impeccable service
Make decisions that balance guest happiness, team success, and profitability
Keep barista station clean and organized
Resolve guest concerns
Assist with restocking at the end of shift
