Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation to and from work
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- willingness to adhere to franchisee policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- passion for coffee and eagerness to learn
- team-oriented mindset with a positive and energetic personality
Job Duties
- greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty drinks according to company recipes
- operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- handle cash transactions and manage the register accurately
- restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- participate in ongoing training to improve coffee knowledge and barista skills
