Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in coffee preparation or food service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently
Manage inventory and restock supplies
