Job Requirements

Be 18 years or older
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
Willingness to learn and undergo hands-on training
Ability to stand for extended periods
Have a friendly and outgoing personality
Cash handling capability
Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Serve coffee and other drinks quickly and efficiently
Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude
Motivate and support team members
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs
Participate in paid training sessions to learn coffee-making skills
