Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work varying weekday shifts with open availability preferred
Reliable and punctual
Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments
Team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior barista or customer service experience preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Team-oriented and adaptable
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash, credit card, electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
