- capable of troubleshooting kitchen equipment issues
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- basic math and computer skills
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience preferred
- previous cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex combinations of ingredients according to standardized recipes
- learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- multitask to perform various duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot equipment issues
- identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards
- maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- prepare for health department and external regulatory inspections
- create personalized customer experiences demonstrating product knowledge and accuracy
- perform effective service recovery when needed
