Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights
- Ability to communicate time off requests following company procedure

Job Qualifications
- Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
- Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Ability to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on feet for hours at a time
- Ability to climb ladders and use step ladders
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean
- Ability to safely walk between and around cars in drive-thru lines
- Ability to safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
- Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes
- Move with urgency complying with customer time expectations
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, even when business is slow
- Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language
- Know the menu and drink customizations thoroughly
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering desired drinks with suggestions when appropriate
- Maintain good personal hygiene and dress appropriately for assigned positions
- Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Clock in and be ready to work at assigned position when shift begins
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
