Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example and advocate for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Serve as a coffee and tea expert by sharing passion and knowledge with guests
- Generate new guests and foster positive first impressions in-store
- Maintain a safe environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store operations by helping with cleaning, stock organization, and innovative improvements
- Build store presence by connecting with the local community
