Job Duties

  • Greeting customers with a friendly demeanor
  • Sharing updates on food and beverage menus and answering customer questions about ingredients
  • Taking orders with attention to detail including preferences for coffee blend dairy and sugar ratios
  • Performing day-to-day operations of the coffee stand including food and beverage preparation proper use of coffee equipment and reporting any maintenance needs
  • Keeping the bar area clean and maintaining quality control of products
  • Complying with health and safety regulations
  • Handling cash and operating a POS system
  • Recording timecard accurately including breaks
  • Tracking supplies and reporting shortages
  • Completing financial reporting per shift
  • Working independently or with others to deliver quality and consistency to customers
  • Resolving customer challenges with excellent customer service
  • Building friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and ensure outstanding experience
  • Increasing sales and customer count through meeting Café Elite performance objectives
  • Communicating regularly with the stand manager and providing feedback on customer preferences and recommendations for new menu items
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures as stated in the Employee Handbook
  • Attending meetings at the corporate office as required
  • Developing content for social media and training when requested
  • Actively participating in recruiting talent for the team
  • Collaborating respectfully with co-workers and management across company platforms
  • Setting and meeting performance goals and objectives
