Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Must have basic computer and phone skills
Physical ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to follow instructions and multitask
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, hotel staff, and management
Computer and phone literacy
Ability to keep supplies filled and maintained
Experience assisting customers in locating items or prices
Experience in maintaining sanitation and cleaning spills
Ability to assist in training new cashiers
Capability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks
High school diploma is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner
Assist customers in locating items and identifying prices
Check product quality and ensure freshness
Label, stock, and inventory merchandise
Build attractive displays and stock shelves
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain temperature logs
Record sales accurately and manage cash transactions
Count back change during transactions
Bag customer orders properly
Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation
Participate in training new cashiers
Proactively communicate potential problems and solutions to managers
Maintain cash over/short records
Gather and share customer feedback
Check register for products left behind
